After nearly four months away, I'm back behind the microphone and beginning a new series exploring my upcoming poetry collection, Where Light Still Lives.
In Part I, The Light We Inherit, we explore perception, time, wonder, and the ways our past continues to shape how we see the world. Along the way, I'll share three poems from the collection Sweet Tooth, Old Soul, Young Blood, and Soft Oblivion, and the reflections that inspired them.
This is an invitation into the creative process and a conversation about slowing down, rediscovering wonder, and to remember that even in seasons of uncertainty, we are still carrying light.
